Worn these a couple times in the gym. Comfortable and barely need adjustment. I bought these mainly for when I am running through the woods but will definitely use them for leg day as well

I love these kneebraces <3 I am 47 years old man and I play wolleyball and/or basketball 3-4 times a week and my knees used to swell up after each practice so bad that I could barely walk at the end of the week. Very helpful to me! Both my husband and I use it. I use in Jiu Jitsu and he uses for sports and soccer. It helps both of us.

This knee brace has been awesome! It's a huge relief to feel cushion and support instead of pain when we're learning jiu jitsu or throwing a knee in kickboxing. It's giving me a lot more confidence and so much less pain and injury in my knee.
